Alyssa Hernke is Converge’s resident Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Specializing in sports performance and injury prevention, Alyssa is passionate about bringing strength training into everyone’s lives! She believes weight training benefits ALL people - but not in a one size fits all approach. When working with Alyssa, you’ll find attentive and individualized care that incorporates quality (safe) movements that help you to build a strong foundation for all aspects of life.

Being able to lift heavy relative to one's overall strength can help with injury prevention, the body's durability, and overall strength and power.

Alyssa enjoys working with mountain athletes, traditional athletes, those returning to play post-injury, pre- and post partum, and all ages of individuals who are seeking to improve their overall health and quality of life.
