For both new and returning clients seeking to set benchmarks, our Strength & Conditioning Assessment serves as the starting point.

During this one-on-one evaluation, you'll collaborate with Alyssa to outline your objectives and identify any constraints, whether that be physical, scheduling or budgetary. Our coach will offer tailored recommendations, which may entail opting for an S&C membership, receiving a personalized training regimen, or simply pursuing your strength independently, with a more informed base.
