our vision

is to enable

all ages and identities

to play without limits

Dr. Amy Fruge, PT, DPT

Amy’s love for anatomy, movement, and pushing the limits started at a young age when she qualified for the USA National Martial Arts team, and later won several World Titles. She went on to compete in track, cross country, boxing, and later found herself consumed by climbing.

Her experience as a Personal Trainer, Yoga Instructor and Doctor of Physical Therapy pairs with her ability to listen, and her knowledge of what the body goes through when performing at the highest level.

Dr. Josephine Chau, PT, DPT

Jo graduated with her doctorate in physical therapy from Midwestern University in Glendale, Arizona. She is passionate about the McKenzie Method of Diagnosis and Treatment and finds joy in getting patients back to doing what they love through holistic individualized care and patient empowerment. When she’s not in the clinic, she can be found outside trail running, rock climbing, and exploring the endless outdoor opportunities around Utah.

Dr. Jaime Hammons, PT, DPT, ATC

Dr. Jaime decided to specialize in pelvic floor after over ten years of clinical experience. As one of the only women practicing at her clinic at the time, any women with ‘women issues’ were sent to her. She realized how few options these patients had when they encountered any type of pelvic floor dysfunction—often having to drive over an hour to see a provider who was booked out for months. She felt the lack of access to critical care was unacceptable, and very quickly enrolled in and later achieved certification from Herman and Wallace in a pelvic floor speciality.

A lifelong athlete, Jaime is also a certified personal trainer, Jaime remains passionate about treating ortho patients. About half of her caseload is treating musculoskeletal injuries, chronic pain, etc.

Jaime welcomes and treats treats folks of all genders in her ortho care, but is only certified to treat those with female anatomy for pelvic floor therapy. Jaime is also open to treating folks who are in the process of gender transition.

If you have any questions on whether you could benefit from pelvic care, don’t hesitate to submit a confidential request below on our ‘services’ page.
