Our nutrition packages are designed for those looking for comprehensive, individualized nutrition therapy and education unique to their needs and lifestyle. Take a bite size approach with our introductory Snack Pack or dive right in for the full meal with our 3 and 6 month intensive nutrition counseling programs.
Each package starts with an Individual Assessment that sets the course for the remaining sessions. This initial session is highly individualized and specific to your unique nutrition needs. During this session, we gather a comprehensive history (from diet to clinical history to physical activity to social determinants and more). After gathering a unique picture of YOU as the individual, we'll create 1-3 goals or behavior changes to work on together.

Athlete Consult Package
Designed for those with prior nutrition education or long term personal experience with fueling for activity who want to dial in the specifics of their pre-, during, and post exercise fueling for training, a race, or event.
Please come with your specific questions ready. This is designed to be an open Q+A style consult.

SNOW PREP Nutrition Clinics
A 4-part sports nutrition workshop designed to accompany SNOW PREP strength programming, but great for any athletes who want to power themselves through the season.
