Strength Training:
When you register, you’ll commit to one of the following timeslots:

Class Cap: 8 spots per time slot. Yes, you heard that right—super intimate, super effective.

Reservation & Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel your membership up to one week before the start of each payment period without losing your $75 deposit.
Cancellations within one week of the payment date will forfeit your deposit.
Once the month has started, cancellations will result in forfeiting that month’s payment.

This isn’t your average “get-fit-for-ski-season” gig. Our Ski Prep Program is designed to push your limits intentionally and intelligently, build your strength and knowlege, and fine-tune your body for peak skiing performance.
We created Ski Prep for results that last. While any movement is great, real transformation takes time. That’s why we’ve designed this program for three months—the perfect duration to help you get stronger than ever. If you can’t commit to the full program, that’s okay! But this program builds progressively, so the longer you stick with it, the better the results.
And remember, showing up is only half the battle. To get the most out of your workouts, you need to fuel your body properly. That’s why we’ve integrated a nutrition component to support you along the way.

Fuel for Performance: Colleen Shields, our in-house Registered Dietitian, has spent years perfecting the art and science of fueling athletes. She’s here to ask you one simple question: What good is a high-performance machine if there’s no fuel in the tank? Every workout, every effort you make on the slopes, is powered by what you put into your body. Are you fueling to maximize your results, or are you leaving gains on the table?
