When preparing your body for the slopes

—you have two choices:

Choice #1:

No Prep

Sure, you’ll get a bit stronger throughout the season just by hitting the slopes a few times a week.

Any movement is better than no movement, after all.

But lack of strength can cut your days short.

Lack of strength can lead to injuries (😬 ACL tears)

Injuries can cut your season short, or worse.

As much as our PTs love seeing you, and are very adept at treating your injuries, we truly hate to see it happen, which is why we built this program!

Our PT’s reading your Intake Form after you get injured when you could have just done Snow Prep

Choice #2 (PT Recommended):

SNOW PREP!

Feel stronger than you’ve ever felt—on the slopes and off

Unlock hidden potential by dialing in your nutrition

Prevent injuries, promote longevity

Exit the snow season conditioned and ready to take on what’s next—hiking, climbing, mountain biking

Our PT’s reading no Intake Form from you and instead celebrating in the snow

SNOW PREP

contains all the elements of

a program that will STICK

The Commitment -We believe that any intentional movement is great. We also believe that to achieve truly transformational results, you need 3 months. There! We said it! 12 weeks!

Strength Building strength improves your performance, balance, and agility on the slopes while significantly reducing your risk of injury. Strength training isn’t just about this season—it’s the foundation for longevity, helping you thrive through training cycles and all the seasons of life.

Nutrition Showing up is only half the battle—if you’re not fueling properly, you won’t get the full benefit of your hard work. Nutrition plays a vital role in optimizing your training and recovery. At Converge, we believe in the transformative power of learning how to nourish your body for peak performance.
That’s why the program includes two 1-on-1 nutrition counseling sessions with our Registered Dietitian to help you fuel effectively this season and beyond.

The People - Strength training in a small-group format means more than just structured workouts—it’s camaraderie, friendly accountability, and a community of folks who’ll cheer you on when you push yourself. Progress alongside others, make connections, and maybe even forge new friendships along the way.

Colleen Shields, Registered Dietitan

Through one-on-one counseling she’ll work with you to develop goals and tactics around your fueling.

Colleen is also a certified strength coach, and leads some of the strength sessions!

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Nope! While this is a group class, it's still your class. Our coaches will help you to progress on your own terms with individualized adjustments and feedback. Classes are friendly for all levels

  • We’ll ask you to commit to one of our two time-slots: Mon/Wed at 5pm or Tue/Thur at 7:30am. However, we know that life happens! Check with your coach if you need to attend on one of the other days, and if there is room, we’ll make it work!

  • We respectfully disagree! Nutrition is a crucial component of your performance and recovery. Many of us have spent years thinking about food, nutrition, and fueling in ways that don’t serve us. Working with a registered dietitian like Colleen Shields allows you to approach this vital part of your life through a fresh lens.

Already have a solid relationship with food and body image? Colleen can help you fine-tune your fueling strategy to optimize your workouts and overall performance.

The SNOW PREP program includes a 90-minute initial assessment and a 45-minute follow-up session with Colleen, giving you personalized insights and tools to be your best self.

  • We ask for a 3-month commitment. Spots are reserved for those enrolled in the program, ensuring a cohesive experience for everyone. Occasionally, we may have extra spots available for drop-ins, but this isn’t guaranteed. If you’re interested in drop-in options, let us know, and we’ll notify you if spots open up.

  • Drats! We understand that schedules can be tricky. While these class times are set, we’re committed to offering similar programs in the future and may add additional times based on demand.

Please let us know what days and times work best for you by filling out this quick survey. We’ll take your input into consideration and keep you informed when new times are available.

  • Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for missed classes. However, you’ll still have access to the program materials, so you can complete the workouts on your own time.

  • Our coaches are skilled at modifying exercises to suit individual needs, and we prioritize safe, effective movement for everyone. If you’re dealing with an injury or limitation, let us know before the program starts so we can help set you up for success.

Additionally, SNOW PREP enrollment gains you 10% off our physical therapy sessions. We’re happy to connect you with one of our highly skilled PTs to help get you back in peak condition.

  • We recommend starting at the beginning to get the most out of the program. However, if spots are still available, we may be able to accommodate late starters on a case-by-case basis. Reach out to us directly to discuss your situation. info@convergept.com
