For both new and returning clients seeking to set benchmarks, our Strength & Conditioning Assessment serves as the starting point.

  • During this one-on-one evaluation, you'll collaborate with Alyssa to outline your objectives and identify any constraints, whether that be physical, scheduling or budgetary. Our coach will offer tailored recommendations, which may entail opting for an S&C membership, receiving a personalized training regimen, or simply pursuing your strength independently, with a more informed base.

LEVEL 1

Up to 4 sessions per month

Based on the S&C assessment, Alyssa will build you a custom, four-week plan that meets you where you’re at, and helps you work toward your goals.

Requires an assessment, booked prior to or at the same time as the purchase of custom plan.

12-Week Duration: We’re here to achieve real, measurable results, and those don’t happen overnight. For that reason, we run this program in 3-month seasons.

2x Weekly Small-Group Classes: 60 minutes of intentionally programmed movement and strength building. Enough to help you achieve real results, while not leaving you too sore or exhausted to get out there and enjoy the sport you love.

Expert Guidance: No experience lifting? No Problem. Our classes sizes are small enough for you to get the individual attention you need to excel.
